PELITA Business Opportunities

PELITA offers great business opportunities to private investors and entrepreneurs through its smart partnership ventures. PELITA has sizeable land bank in Sarawak for future property and plantation development projects. PELITA implements projects through two main modes of partnership which is by way of joint venture or profit sharing arrangement.

Under joint venture mode, PELITA and the investor will form a joint venture company (JVC). PELITA’s equity in the JVC depends on the ratio between land value and project cost. PELITA will capitalized the land or/and inject capital in the (JVC). For Joint Venture under NCR Land Development, PELITA will act as a Managing Agent or Trustee to the land owners. The equity ratio for the JVC in NCR Land Development is 10:30:60 between PELITA, Landowner and investors respectively. Under Project Sharing arrangement, PELITA will contribute land for the project and the partner will contribute capital for the project. PELITA’s share or return can be in cash term or in kind or both.
