SAGO DEVELOPMENT
PELITA had been involved in Sago Plantation development since 1988 to realize the State target of having 50,000 hectares of commercial Sago Plantation by 2010. The focus of the development is in Mukah division. To date, a total of 15,006 hectares of peat land in Mukah had been designated and progressively developed into four Sago Plantation namely Mukah Sago Plantation, Dalat Sago Plantation, and Sebakong Sago Plantation.
